If you feel you want to improve strength and Balance, feel worried about falling or had a fall, or want to come to a friendly class please come long.

Most parts in the class are performed seated (although for the balance we aim to stand up if possible).

The 10 min pulse raiser can be performed standing or seating (hence frailer participants can take part of it. The hall has a ramp in the entrance available to people with disabilities. Participants come with different abilities and they are encourage to work to their level and at their own pace.

Complete beginners welcome, no experience of any previous activities. Mostly aim for over 60, but not exclusively.

Usually classes will start with mobilising all the body.

Cardio vascular workout where people work as much as needed. This part is usually to very enjoyable music.

Balance (usually standing if the participants feel safe doing so)


Sometimes we do other activities with ball or coordination which most people find it fun.



What to Bring / Equipment

Water bottle, confortable and supported shows and cloths

Open to all, we do requiere participant is able to sit and walk to their chair (or with their wheelchair).
