Strength an Balance

If you feel you want to improve your strength and Balance, if you feel worried about falling or have had a fall, or if you want to come to a friendly class to maintain/improve your general health. Complete beginners welcome, no experience of any previous activities. Please come or ring me if you want to have more information.

Classes can be performed standing or seating (hence more frailer participants can take part on it. Participants come with different abilities and they are encourage to work to their level and at their own pace.

Car park available at not extra cost

Usually classes will start with mobilising all the body.

Cardio vascular workout where people work as much as needed. This part is usually to very enjoyable music.

Balance (usually standing if the participants feel safe doing so)


Sometimes we do other activities with ball or coordination which most people find it fun.
