This is one of our online Leadership and Business Skills Workshops. This workshop is the second part of two workshops, aimed at leaders and those aspiring to be leaders. The first part is - Part A - Funding Magnet - Sharpening Your Vision, Mission and Purpose
Building on the momentum and insights from Part A (Funding Magnet | Sharpening your Vision, Mission, and Purpose), Part B of our workshop series zooms in on how to develop an organisational Theory of Change - a framework that helps to crystallise and communicate your big-picture ideas into defined outcomes. In this 3 hour session facilitated by Louise, she will guide you through the process of designing and building your own organisational Theory of Change that not only maps out your chosen strategies for influencing change but also helps key stakeholders understand exactly how you plan to do it.
