Project Coordinator

Sports Partnership Herefordshire and Worcestershire have been delivering Strength and Balance exercise classes in Worcestershire for the past 3 years. We are commissioned by Worcestershire County Council to deliver this as part of the falls pathway.

We are looking for a motivated individual to coordinate the development and delivery of the programme for 25-30 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a good knowledge of medical conditions and how this affects a person's ability to exercise.

The role will involve regular contact with participants, instructors, health professionals and members of the public to support the development and delivery of the programme.

This post is a fixed term till 31^st March 2019.
