Be active, stay well and support a friend this May.
During the current crisis it has never been more important for everyone to be active, stay well and feel connected. At Active Herefordshire and Worcestershire we are supporting the mayathon challenge this May. We want you to (virtually) buddy-up with a friend, family or colleague, to complete 26 minutes of physical activity every day for 26 days.
You can choose any activity and any intensity - it's not about how far you go or how fast you complete it. The aim is to be active, stay well and support a friend while we're at home. The number 26 is because it's the number of miles in a marathon – it's our own version. The finish line is the 26th May. Stuck for ideas on what to do?
